Did Toyota Prius Driver Fake Unintended

In almost every case, there is no hard evidence of what occurred - just the claim of the driver. In most cases it could be a mechanical/electronics problem, an accident (pressing on the gas instead of the brake) or fraud. So far, we just can not prove which it is in any individual case.

Reputable news organizations usually don't pay for interviews. Now he has a 2008 Prius wth fried brakes. Maybe he was frozen with fright and unable to shift to neutral. Still, there have not been throttle problems with more than 99 per cent of Prius models
